Bitcoin brainwallet idea

I was wondering about the following idea:
If I print out some paper wallets (generated on an offline computer) and leave them around my house, but then use the private key of one of those paperwallets, in combination with a passphrase to create a brainwallet, I have a very secure system right? At least secure enough to not be cracked with brute force techniques by hackers online and a burglar usually isn't smart enough to work out this system. Even when a burglar finds the paperwallets and figures out one of the privatekeys has been used to generate a brainwallet, he will still have to figure out the passphrase that's also included when generating the brainwallet.
Good idea or not?

Bitcoin Brainwallet Calculator for Bash

Mkay, it's nerdy but I just made a bitcoin "brainwallet" key calculator for the Bash command shell. I'm particularly pleased with the base58 encoder :) http://www.commandlinefu.com/commands/view/13183/bitcoin-brainwallet-private-key-calculator
Special thanks to the Bash-hardcore helpers on freenode's #bash IRC channel - geirha and twkm - for ripping apart my code to make it better :)

Dictionary attack on Bitcoin Brainwallets

We already know brainwallets are a bad idea. Dictionary attacks against brainwallets have already been done before, but I was curious to see how many brainwallets I could find with just a simple dictionary.
For anyone interested, I wrote a short post on how I implemented this.
These were the used brainwallets that I found:

Transfer from old brainwallet to Trezor

I have an old Bitcoin brainwallet that I created a few years ago (before any forks) with almost 1 BTC in it. I know it's not a lot, but I decided to get a Trezor as a safer storage method. I now want to move the BTC into my Trezor wallet, along with any of the forked coins that have happened since (BCH and ???).
What is the safest and simplest way to do this? I'm not particularly technically savvy, so please break it down for me step by step.

my idea for zero knowledge messaging based on mnemonic seeds

First of all, i'm not a technical guy myself but I had an idea some time ago to create a zero knowledge messaging tool where its hard to prove who was responsible for which conversation. As im not a tech savvy myself i outsourced the idea and someone build it. I am interested to know if the idea i invented is any good or just plain bad lol.
The idea comes from bitcoin brainwallet mnemonic seeds to reveal information. You can find the tool here: http://188.166.9.97/
All data is encrypted in your browser, so i have no way to view the contents behind your passphrase on the server. If you lose your passphrase, there is no recovery process. Technical details: Using client-side JavaScript, your chat is encrypted by your passphrase using AES256 encryption. Then a SHA256 hash is run on your passphrase. The encrypted notepad and a hash is then sent to the server for storage. There is no way of knowing your passphrase or decrypting your notepad. Please shoot!

I have a private and public key that contains bitcoin, but I can't spend it. What am I missing?

I'm going to break a "rule" and post a private key. It's not really mine, so I don't care if someone else gets the money. I'm just curious.
I was reading this github project (https://github.com/dan-v/bruteforce-bitcoin-brainwallet) and saw this secret component address toward the bottom of the page in the Blockchain.ino example (ca978112ca1bbdcafac231b39a23dc4da786eff8147c4e72b9807785afee48bb). When I checked out the public address (1HUBHMij46Hae75JPdWjeZ5Q7KaL7EFRSD) it has .25 cents on it! So I converted the secret component to a private key using brainwallet.org (5KMWWy2d3Mjc8LojNoj8Lcz9B1aWu8bRofUgGwQk959Dw5h2iyw), but when I try to import that private key into a wallet it says there's a zero balance.
What's happening?
